Terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into by and between High Noon Casino N.V. ("Operator") and the User ("User"). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions for accessing, using, and participating in Operator's online gaming services.

ARTICLE 1 - GENERAL TERMS

3.2. User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account login credentials.

3.3. Operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that it believes has been compromised.

ARTICLE 4 - GAMING RULES

4.1. All games available on Operator's online gaming services are governed by separate rules, which can be found in the game's specific help file and/or Terms of Service.

4.2. User acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms and conditions applicable to each game.

ARTICLE 5 - DEPOSITS AND WITHDRAWALS

5.1. Deposits made into User's account are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon by Operator in writing.

5.2. Withdrawals from User's account may be subject to certain fees, as specified on the Operator's website.

5.3. Operator reserves the right to reverse or cancel any transaction if it suspects that a deposit or withdrawal was made in error.

ARTICLE 6 - RESPONSIBLE GAMING

6.2. User acknowledges that they are solely responsible for their own gaming activities and choices.

ARTICLE 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1. Operator owns all intellectual property rights in its online gaming services, including but not limited to software, games, designs, and trademarks.

7.2. User agrees not to reproduce, modify, or distribute any portion of Operator's intellectual property without prior written consent.

ARTICLE 8 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1. In no event shall Operator be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.

8.2. User acknowledges that Operator's liability is limited to the amount deposited into User's account.

ARTICLE 9 - GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

9.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of Curacao.

9.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the International Chamber of Commerce.

ARTICLE 10 - AMENDMENTS AND CHANGES

10.1. Operator reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time.

10.2. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on Operator's website.

ARTICLE 11 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between User and Operator regarding access to and use of Operator's online gaming services.

By accessing or using Operator's online gaming services, User acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
